Project Management process is performed under two process as Design Management and Application Management.

DESIGN MANAGEMENT

Identifies project types under two different topics as Commercial Projects and Residential Projects.

Main target in Commercial Projects is to; analyze in detail all of the defined and undefined wishes, values and targets of the investor, convert this definition for users in architectural jargon by creating excellent and real values for target market in commercial jargon and compose unique/original projects in the light of all of this data.

APPLICATION MANAGEMENT

Application Management, in the light of Smyrnote’s application experience over half a century, is enliven after examined management principals in detail.

The distance covered with the suppliers during project has vital importance for risk compensation and risk analyze. Detailed Risk Management, well defined Subject and correct positioned Quality are the main factor of Time and Cost management.
